You can bring along a couple of friends, or your closest family, as witnesses!
I will help you pick a lovely location; it could be a café or bar, restaurant, Botanic Gardens, or beach. We can decide the morning of the wedding, and base your choice on the weather… we can change the time of day and even the date, to suit the weather if needed…
Enter your details using my simple online booking form, and I will forward the Notice of Intended Marriage, you complete the form, arrange either a ZOOM meeting with me, or I can advise how to have the form legally witnessed. HOW A SIMPLE LEGAL CEREMONY WORKS
On your wedding day, I will meet with you at the chosen location - I will even meet with you the day prior to assist in choosing a location if you are in Noosa. If you do not have x2 witnesses with you, I will find or bring along volunteers to assist you, and I am happy to take photos on your iphone for you.
My fee of $450 + GST includes lodgment of the Notice of Intended Marriage, the ceremony on the day, registration of your marriage, and a lovely Australia presentation Marriage Certificate in hand calligraphy. I will order the Certified Marriage Certificate on your behalf, and the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages Queensland, will contact you to pay online once registration is complete (approx. $60)
Perfect for those who are not keen on public declarations, are having a blessing overseas, 2nd marriages, difficulties getting family together, or require the legal ceremony for overseas travel or living. Registry Style Hours and Fees:

How to get Married in Australia for overseas couples
Australia is the easiest country in the World to hold your Destination Wedding or Elopement. Contact me to obtain the Notice of Intended Marriage, then arrange to have your signatures witnessed by either an officer at the Australian Consulate in your country, OR by a Notary Public. (easy to find with a simple online search). Once the Notice has been witnessed, you scan it to me for lodging at least one month before the date of the wedding, and I will meet you in Noosa Heads the day before the wedding to sight your passports. No additional fee to me or the Australian Government to marry in Australia – however, you will be charged a fee to have your signatures witnessed in your home country.
Fiance or Partner Visa for Marriage in Australia
If you or your partner will be entering Australia on a partner/fiancé Visa, the person in Australia can lodge the Notice, and once in Australia the person applying for the Visa can have their signature witnessed.
