It all started when…

Jacqueline began her wedding career with the Department of Justice, conducting Registry Office Weddings. She soon found a demand for her services outside of the office, and applied for, and became an Authorized Marriage Celebrant, initially based on the Gold Coast. On relocating to the Sunshine Coast, Jacqueline soon discovered what a very popular location it was for Destination Weddings! From the age of 24, when she first began conducting weddings in the Registry, until 2020, Jacqueline has assisted over 2000 couples with their special day.

Jacqueline was soon in demand to assist with funeral services as well, and found assisting families in times of loss to be very fulfilling. She has conducted Funeral services for Sunshine Coast families for many years. With a Diploma of Counselling, majoring in Grief and Loss, Jacqueline offers a compassionate and professional service as an experienced Funeral Celebrant. She has an intuitive knack to include appropriate humour in a sensitive way, and to be calm and serene when it is most needed.

Being a celebrant DOES define who Jacqueline is, and she works full time in the role, as well as being a key committee member with the not for profit business group Noosa Wedding Organisation for many years.

Jacqueline’s knowledge of the local wedding industry, and thorough legal knowledge of the Marriage Act 1961, ensures a professional service will be provided at all times.
